Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

❤️ Yes, you can! But please note:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or don’t show up, your promo or booking may be forfeited since slots are limited.
We allow a 60-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you’re more than 1 hour late, it will be considered a late cancellation and will also be forfeited.
48+ hours before appointment → Deposit is non-refundable, but you may rebook up to 3 times.
48 hours to 3 hours before appointment → 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. You’ll need to replenish the deposit before we can reschedule.
Less than 3 hours before appointment → 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. You’ll also need to replenish the deposit before we can reschedule.
More than 1 hour late / No-show → 100% deposit forfeited.
